What is the minimum order requirement?

Can you assist with selecting materials and designs?

Yes, we offer a complimentary professional design service with custom orders to help you choose the best materials and designs for your needs.

Can I customize the size of the paneling?

With a custom order, we can tailor the length of the paneling to fit your specific requirements, which can save you money and time on cuts.

How quickly can I receive my products?

Some of our products are in stock and available immediately. As a wholesaler, we typically customize orders and coordinate with our partner factories for manufacturing. The average order takes about 6 to 8 Weeks

Do I have to pay upfront for my order?

For custom orders, a 40% down payment is required. Once our manufacturing partners confirm that the product has been packed and shipped, we will send you the ISF and Packing List, at which point another 30% payment is required. The final payment is due when the shipment arrives at a US port and is released by customs to one of our partner warehouses.

Do you also install the products that you sell?

While we are not licensed contractors and do not perform any installation work ourselves, we collaborate with several reputable contractors. We can arrange their services for you, ensuring you receive the best price and service. We will oversee and manage the installation process on your behalf.
