Return Period:
Our return policy allows returns within 10 days, subject to a 20% restocking fee. The buyer is responsible for covering return shipping costs. You have 14 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.
Once your return is initiated, you have 10 days to send the products back.
Condition of Returned Items: Items must be returned in their original condition, including all packaging, tags, and accessories. Items that are damaged, altered, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a return.
Return Process: Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team within 14 days of your purchase to initiate a return. You will be provided with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Return: Securely pack the items in the original packaging (if available). Include the RMA number in your return package.
Ship Your Return: Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
