Accel INC Return Policy

At Accel INC, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchases. We understand that sometimes, items may not meet your expectations.

Return Period:

Our return policy allows returns within 14 days, subject to a 20% restocking fee. The buyer is responsible for covering return shipping costs. You have 14 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

14 Days: You have 14 days from the date of your purchase to initiate a return.


Condition of Returned Items:
Items must be returned in their original condition, including all packaging, tags, and accessories. Items that are damaged, altered, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a return.


Return Process:
Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team within 14 days of your purchase to initiate a return. You will be provided with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.


Pack Your Return: Securely pack the items in the original packaging (if available). Include the RMA number in your return package.


Ship Your Return: Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
